  • Il tappo originale va smontato, ci sono due modi:

    1) semplice - si taglia la linguetta che lo tiene con un taglierino, il fermo in gomma restante cadrà dall'altra parte senza lasciare traccia;

    2) per volenterosi - si smonta il fianchetto destro della della moto.

    Ho comprato e testato almeno una ventina di convertitori wireless fino a quando non ne ho trovato uno che funzionasse in modo perfetto.

    Tutti i convertitori wireless (dai più costosi ai meno costosi ) montano gli stessi chip, sono tutti identici a meno di due aspetti. Il primo è lo stadio di filtri per l'alimentazione in ingresso, se è fatto male quello ad una accelerata brusca della moto l'alternatore può dare un piccolo picco di tensione che fa resettare il convertitore stesso. Il secondo è lo stadio di dissipazione del calore, se il convertitore si surriscalda si resetta.

     

    The original cap needs to be removed, there are two ways:

    1) simple - cut the tab that holds it with a utility knife, the remaining rubber stopper will fall off on the other side without leaving a trace;

    2) for the willing - remove the right side panel of the motorcycle.

    I've bought and tested at least twenty wireless converters until I found one that worked perfectly.

    All wireless converters (from the most expensive to the least expensive) use the same chips; they're all identical except for two aspects. The first is the input power filter stage. If it's poorly designed, a sudden acceleration of the motorcycle can cause the alternator to produce a small voltage spike that resets the converter. The second is the heat dissipation stage; if the converter overheats, it resets.

    After finding a suitable converter, also in terms of size, I designed and produced the cover so that it could contain it and at the same time protect it from water and humidity. The black material is ABS, while the transparent material is a rubber that acts as a gasket.
